A swimming pool with cafe, restaurant and fitness facilities in a town in the nord east part of Marocco. The structure is made of steel. The light metal trusses are visible. At the backside the facade can be opened to create a relation with the outside swimming pool. The complex is walled in. Inside it will be like an oasis with trees, plants and water. The meadow is slooping. The ‘wet’ part is separated from the meadow by a concrete band covered with tiles.
The client specifically asked for a design in a western, ‘modern’ style. This project is done in collaboration with landscape architect Mathieu Derckx.
