This is a renovation project for an apartment building made in the sixties. The building is located in a rather wealthy neighbourhood. At the backsite the balconies will be extended and two penthouses will be added on the rooftop. The building is owned by the residents themselves. At this moment there is no majority support for the realisation of this project.
