A renovation of a apartment in a warehouse at the Realengracht in Amsterdam. The warehouse has been converted into apartments. The living space is extended along the total depth of 24 meters. Different living spaces overlap. Long lines ensure continuity between back and front. A kitchen block desiged by us in beech-wood provides storage for bottles and kitchen utensils. Guests gather easily around this block so it becomes the center of the house. When the large sliding door is open, the corridor is part of the bedroom and becomes a dressingroom.
